HeavensLittleStuff.com I was ripoff I paid for my order and only two items wew sent to me Norwalk California

On March 27, 2006 I placed an order with HeavensLittleStuff.com totalling 124.87. I did not hear from this company. I sent the a few emails and one day I got an email from a Jennifer that she will hel[ me out with my order#553. I explained to jennifer that I have not receive my order. I never heard from Jennifer again. I kept writing to jennifer a few times but she never wrote back yo me and One day I got an email from a Jeff telling me that he will help me with my order.I emailed Jeff a copy of my order #553. Jeff never send me an email. I kept writing emails until one day I received an email from Jeff telling me that my order was shipped out. One week later I received only two (2) items of my order. I send Two emails to Jeff and One eamil to Jennifer asking them what happened to my order that I only received to items. On Thursday April 20th 2006 I sent one more email to Jeff. I told him if I don’t hear from him by Monday April 24th I will file a report with the BBB. I haven’t heard from Jeff or Jennifer. All I want is what I ordered or a refund of my order #553

    I use this website all the time. I sell on ebay and amzon and never ever ever had a problem with them. If they are out of stock on an item they refund right away. I think this customer needs to contacther sales rep. This does not sound like them at all. I first found them in 1999 and have bought from them ever since. My orders always total over $500.00 and I am always happy with my merchandise. It is because of them (www.heavnslittlestuff.com) that I can stay home and work. All the stuff I buy from them sells very well. I think this customer needs to call them not email them.

    I think they are a great company and I have also meet other people that also buy for them and have heard nothing but GOOD things about them.

    I placed an order on May 11th. They inmediately responded that the only payment method they were handling was check or money order. I sent a check to the address they mentioned in the email. The check was cashed in on May 16th, and as of today I have not heard from them, no email, I have sent 3 emails already, and have not call them because I cannot locate a phone number in their website. It really feels like a rip off…. If anybody has their phone number, please share it with me.

    Complaints do little anymore. Call them and demand your goods or ask them for a refund. If they fail to send your refund. File a small claims.

    I have been ordering from them for for 8 years and NEVER had any problem with them. They have very good customer service. If I need help they get back to me righ away. I think anyone who has had problems must have very BAD attitudes towards Heavens Little Stuff. I feel and will back them 100%. buy with confident.

    I recently placed an order last month 10/2008 and still have not received my order as of today 11/05/2008. This is a completely rip-off i’ve been trying to get a phone # as well and finally today after doing a lot of searching online found out that this company - heavenslittlestuff - has been selected as a rip-off company with many complaints. I’ve filed a report and if anyone is willing to join me in a lawsuit to take legal action please email me sryscarlet@aol.com and I finally found their number too which is 562-207-8644. Please don’t purchase anything from this company.
